SaskEnergy is Saskatchewan’s provincial Crown corporation responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas. Headquartered in Regina, it has served the province for over 74 years. Through its subsidiary TransGas Limited, SaskEnergy operates the province’s natural gas transmission and storage systems, including approximately 15,000 km of high pressure pipeline and 24 compressor stations providing more than 80,000 horsepower of compression. SaskEnergy also manages one of Canada’s most integrated storage systems, with seven facilities—two depleted fields and five salt cavern locations—offering more than 34 PJ of storage capacity. Together, these assets ensure reliable energy delivery, interprovincial and U.S. connections, and dependable support for the province’s growing residential, commercial, and industrial needs.
